COMMERCIAL ARBITRATION ACT 1986 (REPEALED) - SECT 6

An arbitration agreement is taken to provide for the appointment of a single arbitrator unless—

        (a)     the agreement otherwise provides; or

        (b)     the parties otherwise agree in writing.
