CASINO CONTROL ACT 1988 (REPEALED) - SECT 114

Impersonating licence holder etc

A person shall not impersonate the holder of a licence or of a form of identification used for this Act.

Maximum penalty: 100 penalty units, imprisonment for 1 year or both.
