DENTISTS ACT 1931 (REPEALED) - SECT 82

    (1)     A notice under section 12 (4) or 81 shall be in accordance with the requirements of the code of practice in force under the Administrative Appeals Tribunal Act 1989 , section 25B (1).

    (2)     An order under section 62 (1) (b), 63 (1) (b), 63 (2), 64 (b), 66 (1), 66 (4) (b) or 67 (2) shall be in accordance with the requirements of the code of practice in force under the Administrative Appeals Tribunal Act 1989 , section 25B (1).

    (3)     The validity of a decision to which a notice or order referred to in subsection (1) or (2) relates is not to be taken to be affected by a failure to comply with that subsection.
