DENTISTS ACT 1931 (REPEALED) - SECT 83

    (1)     A person may inspect, or obtain a certified copy of, an entry in a register under this Act.

Note      A fee may be determined under s 85 (Determination of fees) for this section.

    (2)     The board may, on request by a registration authority of a place outside the ACT and without payment by the registration authority of a fee, give a certified copy of the register of dentists, the register of specialist dentists or the register of dental hygienists to that registration authority.
