Australian Capital Territory Repealed Acts

This legislation has been repealed.

EVIDENCE ACT 1971 (REPEALED) - SECT 81

In this part:

"conviction" does not include—

        (a)     a conviction that has been set aside or quashed; or

        (b)     a conviction of a person for an offence if the person has been given a pardon in relation to the offence.

"court"—

        (a)     means a court in a State or Territory; but

        (b)     does not include a court martial.
