INEBRIATES ACT, 1900 - SECT 8

Inebriate not to leave the Colony

    When by the order of a Judge or Magistrate or of the Master in Lunacy an inebriate has been placed under the charge of an attendant, the inebriate shall not be allowed to leave the Colony of New South Wales during the continuance of such order, unless permitted to do so by some variation or amendment of the order.
