ABORIGINAL AND TORRES STRAIT ISLANDER ACT 2005 - SECT 192B

When section applies

  (1)   This section applies to the Indigenous Land and Sea Corporation Chairperson if the Chairperson holds office on a full - time basis.

No outside employment

  (2)   The Indigenous Land and Sea Corporation Chairperson must not engage in any paid employment outside the duties of his or her office without the written agreement of the Indigenous Land and Sea Corporation Board.
