ABORIGINAL AND TORRES STRAIT ISLANDER ACT 2005 - SECT 192C

When this section applies

  (1)   This section applies to an Indigenous Land and Sea Corporation Director who holds office on a part - time basis.

Grant of leave

  (2)   The Indigenous Land and Sea Corporation Board may, by writing, grant leave of absence to an Indigenous Land and Sea Corporation Director from a meeting of the Indigenous Land and Sea Corporation Board.

Delegation

  (3)   The Indigenous Land and Sea Corporation Board may, by writing, delegate to the Indigenous Land and Sea Corporation Chairperson the power under subsection   ( 2) to grant leave of absence to the other Indigenous Land and Sea Corporation Directors.
