AUSTRALIAN NATIONAL REGISTRY OF EMISSIONS UNITS ACT 2011 - SECT 58

Simplified outline

    The following is a simplified outline of this Part:

•   The Regulator must publish certain information about:

  (a)   the holders of Registry accounts; and

  (b)   Kyoto units; and

  (c)   Australian carbon credit units; and

  (d)   safeguard mechanism credit units.
