AUSTRALIAN NATIONAL REGISTRY OF EMISSIONS UNITS ACT 2011 - SECT 59

Information about holders of Registry accounts

    The Regulator must:

  (a)   publish on the Regulator's website:

  (i)   the name of each person who has a Registry account; and

  (ii)   the person's address last known to the Regulator; and

  (b)   keep that information up - to - date.
