Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsFor the purposes of subsection 51(1) of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 , the following things are specified and specifically authorised:
(a) anything done in the exercise of powers, or performance of functions, under this Division, or regulations made for the purposes of this Division, except Subdivision E;
(b) anything done to enable or facilitate the exercise of those powers or performance of those functions;
(c) anything incidental to the exercise of those powers or
performance of those functions.
