Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) If an investigator reasonably believes that a person has custody or control of any books, accounts or documents relevant to the investigator's investigation, the investigator may, by written notice given to the person, require the person to produce any or all of the books, accounts or documents to the investigator.
(2) A person commits an offence if he or she refuses or fails to comply with a requirement under this section.
