Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A determination under subsection 229(1) in relation to a port may be expressed to be subject to conditions specified in the determination.
(2) Without limiting subsection (1), the conditions may relate to any of the following:
(a) an owner or lessee of the port;
(b) a person or body that is responsible for carrying out operations at the port;
(c) the operations carried out at the port.
