(a) goods that are subject to biosecurity control;
(b) goods in relation to which an exposed goods order is in force;
(c) a conveyance that is subject to biosecurity control.
Note: Part 1 of Chapter 3 deals with goods that are subject to biosecurity control. Division 9 of that Part deals with goods in relation to which an exposed goods order is in force. Chapter 4 deals with conveyances that are subject to biosecurity control.
