Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The relevant Director must notify, in writing, the applicant for approval of a proposed arrangement whether the arrangement is approved or not.
(2) If the arrangement is approved, the notice must specify:
(a) any conditions to which the approved arrangement is subject; and
(b) the duration of the arrangement (see section 409).
(3) If the arrangement is not approved, the notice must include the reasons for refusing to approve the arrangement.
