Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A biosecurity industry participant who is authorised to carry out biosecurity activities in accordance with an approved arrangement covering the biosecurity industry participant may charge a fee in relation to biosecurity activities that are carried out in accordance with the arrangement.
(2) A biosecurity industry participant may charge a fee in relation to activities that are carried out in compliance with a direction given to the biosecurity industry participant under subsection 429(1).
(3) A fee must not be such as to amount to taxation.
