Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Director of Biosecurity may, by legislative instrument, specify kinds of personal information that are required to be provided with an application made under any the following provisions:
(a) section 177 (application for permit to bring in or import goods);
(b) section 405 (approval of a proposed arrangement);
(c) any other provision prescribed by the regulations.
(2) An application is taken not to have been made if the
personal information specified is not provided with the application.
