Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) If judicial review is sought in relation to a direction to secure goods under section 124 or 317, or a direction to secure a conveyance under section 198, 300B or 317, the direction remains in force unless a court finally determines the validity of the decision to give the direction.
(2) Subsection (1) does not prevent a biosecurity officer revoking such a direction.
(3) This section has effect despite any other law.
