Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Director of Human Biosecurity is the person who occupies, or is acting in, the position of Commonwealth Chief Medical Officer.
(2) The Director of Human Biosecurity has the functions and
powers conferred on the Director of Human Biosecurity by this Act.
