Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) An officer may require an individual to provide written information under this Division:
(a) by giving the individual a notice that requires the individual to provide the written information; or
(b) by asking the individual orally to provide the written information.
(2) An officer may require written information under this
Division to be provided within a specified period or immediately.
