Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Health Secretary must issue an identity card to the following officers:
(a) the Director of Human Biosecurity;
(b) each chief human biosecurity officer;
(c) each human biosecurity officer.
(2) An identity card issued to an officer under subsection (1) must:
(a) be in the form approved by the Health Secretary for that kind of officer; and
(b) contain a photograph that is no more than 5 years old of the officer.
(3) An officer referred to in subsection (1) must carry
his or her identity card at all times when performing functions or duties or
exercising powers as an officer.
