Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsThe Director of Biosecurity or the Director of Human Biosecurity may use or disclose relevant information if that Director reasonably believes that:
(a) using or disclosing the information is necessary to manage a severe and immediate threat to human health, animal health, plant health or the environment; and
(b) the threat has the potential to cause harm on a nationally
significant scale.
