Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Minister administering the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 may give written directions for the purpose of ensuring that cost - recovery charges are notionally payable by the Commonwealth (or parts of the Commonwealth).

(2) A direction given under subsection (1) is not a
legislative instrument.
