Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Agriculture Minister may remit or refund the whole or part of a cost - recovery charge that is payable or paid to the Commonwealth if the Agriculture Minister is satisfied that there are exceptional circumstances that justify doing so.
(2) The Agriculture Minister may do so on his or her own
initiative or on written application by a person.
