CUSTOMS ACT 1901 - SECT 102FA

Offence--failure to comply with direction

  (1)   A person commits an offence if:

  (a)   the person is given a direction under section   102F; and

  (b)   the person fails to comply with the direction.

Penalty:   100 penalty units.

  (2)   Subsection   (1) is an offence of strict liability.

Note:   For strict liability, see section   6.1 of the Criminal Code .
