Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts"bulk container" means a container that has the capacity to have packaged in it more than 2 litres of customable beverage.
"container" means any article capable of holding liquids.
"customable beverage" means like customable goods:
(a) that are described in Chapter 22 of Schedule 3 to the Customs Tariff; and
(b) that are prescribed by the regulations for the purposes of
this definition.
