CUSTOMS ACT 1901 - SECT 67EI

Breach of conditions of registration

  (1)   A person who is or has been a special reporter must not breach a condition of the person's registration as a special reporter.

Penalty:   60 penalty units.

  (2)   An offence against subsection   (1) is an offence of strict liability.
