Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsThis Act, and the provisions of the Tokyo Convention given the force of law by this Act, extend, unless the contrary intention appears:
(a) to acts, omissions, matters and things outside Australia , whether or not in or over a foreign country; and
(b) to all persons, irrespective of their nationality or
citizenship.
