COMPETITION AND CONSUMER ACT 2010 - SECT 180

    In this Division:

"amended Act" means this Act as amended by the amending Act.

"amending Act" means the Competition and Consumer Amendment (Competition Policy Review) Act 2017 .

"commencement time" means the commencement of Schedule   1 to the amending Act.
