Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The amendment made by item 1 of Schedule 4 to the Treasury Laws Amendment (2018 Measures No. 5) Act 2019 applies in relation to a licence granted, an assignment made, or a contract, arrangement or understanding entered into, on or after the commencement of that Schedule.
(2) The amendment also applies to a licence granted, an assignment made, or a contract, arrangement or understanding entered into, before the commencement of that Schedule in relation to:
(a) conditions imposed, or provisions included, on or after that commencement; and
(b) conditions imposed, or provisions included, before that commencement.
(3) Despite subsections (1) and (2), the amendment does
not apply to the extent (if any) to which its operation would result in an
acquisition of property (within the meaning of paragraph 51(xxxi) of
the Constitution) from a person otherwise than on just terms (within the
meaning of that paragraph).
