COMMONWEALTH FUNCTIONS (STATUTES REVIEW) ACT 1981 - SECT 240

Section   3 of the Principal Act is amended:

  (a)   by inserting in subsection   ( 1), after the definition of procurement , the following definition:

"services" includes:

  (a)   services of a professional nature; and

  (b)   the provision of facilities;

    but does not include legal professional services, court reporting services or financing or underwriting services.; and

  (b)   by omitting subsection   ( 2).
