Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) An order under section 41 may be made on application by the administrative head of the court to which the order is proposed to relate.
(2) The applicant must inform the person proposed to be specified in the order of the making of the application.
(3) The person proposed to be specified in the order is entitled
to be heard on the application.
