Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsThe administrative head of a court may appoint in writing a person who has the qualifications prescribed by the regulations as a security officer for court premises generally or for specified court premises.
Note: Under section 33, a security officer appointed under this section may exercise powers as a security officer at court premises only if licensed under the law of a State or Territory to guard property or prescribed by the regulations.
