Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) If an accused is released on bail under this Part for an offence, the accused is entitled to be at liberty in respect of the offence in accordance with the accused's bail undertaking.
Note: This does not prevent the accused from being held in custody for some other offence.
