Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The court must not make an order or grant an injunction in accordance with this Part if the order or injunction would:
(a) result in the acquisition of property from a person otherwise than on just terms; and
(b) be invalid because of paragraph 51(xxxi) of the Constitution.
"acquisition of property" has the same meaning as in paragraph 51(xxxi) of the Constitution.
"just terms" has the same meaning as in paragraph 51(xxxi) of the Constitution.
