Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Subject to the Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024 , an application may be made by an eligible person in relation to:
(a) a reviewable decision made by the Regulator personally; or
(b) a decision made by the Regulator under section 181 (which provides for internal review).
(2) In this section:
"decision" has the same meaning as in the Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024 .
