HIGHER EDUCATION FUNDING ACT 1988 - SECT 106I

    This Part makes provision for the repayment to the Commonwealth of loans made by the Commonwealth:

  (a)   to students under Chapter   4; or

  (aa)   to students under Chapter   4A; or

  (ab)   to students under Chapter   4B; or

  (b)   to eligible clients of the Agency under Chapter   5.
