Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsThe Minister may make arrangements for the making of advances by the Minister to an institution or other body, by way of financial assistance to the institution or other body, on account of an amount that is expected to become payable under a provision of this Act to the institution or other body, and the conditions that would be applicable to a payment of the amount under that provision are applicable to any such advance.
