year to which this Chapter applies, cause a report setting out particulars of
amounts determined by the Minister under sections 15, 16, 19, 20, 21,
21B, 22, 22A, 23, 23A, 24, 25, 25A, 27A and 27D to be laid before each House
of the Parliament.
