Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Director may make an arrangement with an authority of the Commonwealth for the services of officers or employees of the authority to be made available to assist the Director in the performance of the functions or duties, or the exercise of the powers, of the Director.
(2) In this section:
"authority of the Commonwealth" means:
(a) a Department; or
(b) a body (whether incorporated or unincorporated) established for a public purpose by or under a law of the Commonwealth.
