INSURANCE CONTRACTS ACT 1984 - SECT 23A

    This Division applies in relation to:

  (a)   contracts of insurance that are not consumer insurance contracts; and

  (b)   proposed contracts of insurance that, if entered into, would not be consumer insurance contracts.
