INSURANCE CONTRACTS ACT 1984 - SECT 37C
Insurer must clearly inform insured whether prescribed contract provides insurance cover in respect of flood
Before entering into a prescribed contract, the insurer must
clearly inform the insured in writing whether the contract provides insurance
cover in respect of loss or damage caused by, or resulting from, flood as
defined by the regulations.
