Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Before starting to investigate the relevant business of a body corporate under section 137 or 138, the Regulator must give the body corporate a written notice stating that the Regulator proposes to investigate that business.
(2) Before starting to investigate the relevant business of a body corporate, an authorised person must give to the body corporate a copy of the person's identity card.
