Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsIf the Regulator has reasonable grounds for believing that it is necessary to enter premises for the purposes of an investigation of business of a body corporate, an authorised person, with such assistance as is necessary and reasonable, may, at any reasonable time, enter the premises and:
(a) inspect any record found on the premises that the authorised person believes on reasonable grounds to relate to the affairs of the body corporate; and
(b) take extracts from, or make copies of, any such record.
