MY HEALTH RECORDS ACT 2012 - SECT 93

  (1)   A member of the Data Governance Board must not engage in any paid work that, in the Minister's opinion, conflicts or could conflict with the proper performance of the member's duties.

  (2)   In subsection   (1):

"paid work" means work for financial gain or reward (whether as an employee, a self - employed person or otherwise).
