Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Subject to the Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024 , application may be made to the Tribunal for review of a decision of a local registration authority in relation to its functions under this Part, subsection 42F(3), paragraph 42G(2)(b) or subsection 42M(2).
(2) In subsection (1):
"decision" has the same meaning as in the Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024 .
(3) If a local registration authority gives a person written notice of the making of a decision referred to in subsection (1), the notice must include a statement to the effect that:
(a) subject to the Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024 , application for review of the decision may be made to the Tribunal by a person whose interests are affected by the decision; and
(b) the person may, under section 268 of that Act, request a statement of reasons for the decision.
(4) Any failure to comply with subsection (3) does not affect the validity of the decision.
