Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts( 1 ) If the master or ot her officer of a vessel reasonably believes that a person (the offender ) has contravened section 121 , the master or officer, or a person asked by the master or officer to assist , may detain the offender without warrant.
(2) A person who detains an offender under subsection (
1) must, as soon as practicable after the detention , arrange for the offender
, and any property found on the o ffender , to be delivered to a constable.
