NAVIGATION ACT 2012 - SECT 122

Certain persons may be refused entry to or asked to leave a vessel

  (1)   A person must not :

  (a)   board a vessel after being refused permission to board by or o n behalf of the owner or master; or

  (b )   remain on board a vessel after being asked to leave the vessel by or on behalf of the owner or master .

Fault - based offence

  ( 2 )   A person commits an offence if the person contravenes subsection   ( 1).

Penalty:   10 penalty units.
