Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsA vessel is a special purpose vessel if it is:
(a) a vessel that i s used or for use for a purpose specified in the regulations; and
(b) specified by the regulations to be a special purpose vessel
for the purposes of this section.
