Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) AMSA may , by written instrument, make a declaration that a vessel, or vessel included in a class of vessels, is not a regulated Australian vessel.
(2) AMSA may make the declaration if AMSA is satisfied of such matters as are prescribed by the regulations.
(3) A declaration made under subsection ( 1 ) is not a legislative instrument .
